Alexandra Cupșa is a graphic designer. Originally from Romania and having lived in the United States for 3 years, she settled in Switzerland in 2013. After completing her Matura, she began studying graphic design at the École Cantonale d'Art de Lausanne in its Foundation Year in 2019, where she won the Foundation Year prize. Having played the piano since the age of 8, and passionate about music of all kinds, one of her main interests is working and collaborating on projects that bridge her two passions, design and music.

She is responsible for the Abraxas ensemble's visual identity, from small flyers to concert posters to the ensemble's logo. She is currently researching the responsiveness of visuals to sound, in order to link the sonic and the visual live, and to explore an approach to design that borders on performance.
